🩵 Decorous is a gen SFW zine where the contents are nerdy but thirsty.
Shipping and delivery:
🩵 All products listed in this shop are pre-order items. During the pre-order stage, products have yet to be sent into production. After the pre-order stage is over, items will be sent into production and will only be shipped out once all physical zines and merchandise have been produced. Production can take anywhere from 3-6 months, so please keep this in mind when placing your orders. Please check our Socials for any and all updates.
🩵 Orders are shipped from the United States. Delivery time will vary depending on your location. COVID-19 measures might also mean that there are delays.
🩵 Due to shipping restrictions, Decorous will not be able to ship to Russia or Ukraine. We apologize for any inconvenience.
🩵 Digital zines will only be emailed out to buyers once physical orders have been shipped out.
🩵 Buyers are responsible for any customs and taxes that may apply to their order. Decorous is not responsible for any delays due to customs.
Refunds and replacements:
🩵 Decorous will not offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- Order was lost in transit.
- Items were damaged during transit due to mishandling of the shipping company. (If your order arrives with any damages though, we encourage you to reach out to us with photos of the damaged goods so we may consider on a case to case basis.)
- Order was delivered at an old address (without being returned) due to the buyer not informing the change to Decorous by the cut off date. The cut off date will be announced on our social media platforms closer to the shipping period.
- Order was delivered at the wrong address (without being returned) due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer on their order.
🩵 In cases where an order is returned to Decorous due to a mistake on the buyer’s part (such as an incorrect address on the order, no one to receive the package after several delivery attempts by the shipping company, etc), the buyer can opt to have the package resent to them if they pay for shipping. If the buyer does not wish to pay the shipping fee to have the package resent, they will only be refunded the value of the product.
